Back in August 2026, Airtel discontinued its popular Rs 299 prepaid plan along with five others. Now, the telecom operator has added a new short-term option for users who mainly want more daily data, with a new Rs 348 prepaid recharge plan.
Airtel Rs 348 Prepaid Plan Benefits and Features
The new Airtel Rs 348 prepaid plan comes with a validity of 28 days. It offers 2 GB of data per day, which adds up to around 56 GB over the full validity. Users also get unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day, which works out to roughly Rs 12.43 per day.

Aside from the usual telco benefits, the Rs 348 prepaid plan also includes a 12-month Adobe Express Premium subscription, which Airtel values at Rs 4,000. We have seen Airtel bundle Adobe Express Premium with its plans before. Besides that, the plan includes Airtel Safe for a safer network experience and free HelloTunes for 30 days.
However, there's a catch. Airtel already sells a Rs 349 plan that costs just Re 1 more and comes with unlimited 5G data. However, that plan offers only 1.5 GB of daily data on 4G. It also adds free Apple Music for up to 6 months on top of Adobe Express Premium.
All in all, if you have a 5G phone and live in an area with good Airtel 5G coverage, the Rs 349 plan is clearly the better deal. However, if you mostly use 4G or 5G in patchy areas, the Rs 348 plan makes more sense. If you want unlimited data for longer, check out Airtel’s Rs 1,029 plan with unlimited 4G and 5G.
