When it comes to outrageously expensive, boisterously luxurious smartphones and accessories, Caviar is the name we hear all the time. From Ronaldo and Messi-inspired iPhone 17 Pro and Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra to a literal Rs 2 Cr iPhone 17 Pro Max fitted with a mechanical watch, the brand has made it all, or so we thought. It is now back with a custom-designed iPhone Ultra even before Apple has launched it.
Apple's Upcoming iPhone Ultra Gets Liquid Metal Makeover
Caviar's new design is called Liquid Metal, and it shows off the upcoming iPhone Ultra with a custom panel crafted entirely from 925 sterling silver. The brand says that the design is meant to look like "fluid metal frozen mid-motion."

The silver is shaped into a heavy sculptural bust and given a high mirror polish, producing a rippling effect across the back that shifts depending on how light falls on it. The standard Apple logo has also been swapped out for a 3D version, cast in the same sterling silver.
What makes the iPhone Ultra different from other Caviar phones is its lack of jewellery. The brand has not used any rare earth stones like diamonds or rubies to make the design more luxurious. Instead, the brand relies entirely on Liquid Metal and its reflective properties to bring the exotic finish to the phone.

Moving on, this is not Caviar's first iPhone Ultra design. Liquid Metal joins seven other iPhone Ultra variants the brand had already announced back in July 2026. The other iPhone Ultra variants include a 50th Anniversary Steve Jobs edition, a gold-plated iPhone Ultra and the Crocodile leather iPhone Ultra series.
That said, the Liquid Metal Caviar iPhone Ultra starts at $18,840 (approximately Rs 18 lakhs) for 256 GB and is limited to just 17 units worldwide. As usual, Caviar will ship the iPhone inside a special Caviar box, which can only be opened with a golden key.
