Luxury smartphone maker Caviar has made some of the most over-the-top smartphones in the world. It recently introduced an iPhone 17 Pro Max T-Rex backplate for a whopping price tag of Rs 4 Lakh. Now the brand is back again and this time it has made a Ronaldo-inspired iPhone 17 Pro/ Pro Max and a Messi-inspired Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra for all the FIFA 2026 World Cup fans.
Ronaldo-Inspired iPhone 17 Pro Features 24-Karat Gold
First up is the custom-designed iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, drawing inspiration from football legend Cristiano Ronaldo. The brand has replaced the usual metal and glass back panel with 24-karat gold plating, gold inlays and enamel etching.
The phone uses the cloisonne enamel method, where coloured glass is fired inside a wire enclosure to create the custom pattern and design. Caviar has used this technique to emboss Ronaldo's portrait in Red and Gold, inspired by the jersey colours of the Portuguese national team.
The camera island also features the Portuguese coat of arms over a geometric background and the number "7" insignia is also present, which is Ronaldo's jersey number, often known as CR7.
Other than that, the mid-frame of the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max is also gold-plated, and there is gold inlay work throughout the back panel.
Caviar will ship the custom-designed phones inside a premium leather box, featuring velvet lining inside and a custom golden key to open the box. The brand will only produce 19 units of the Ronaldo-inspired iPhones and they will start from $11,410 (approximately Rs 11 lakhs).

Moving on, Caviar has chosen the unreleased Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra to bring a custom Lionel Messi-inspired design to the back. The phone also features the cloisonne enamel etching method, using the Argentina football team jersey colours and the Argentine national symbols.
There is a large portrait of Messi in white and light blue colours at the back, as well as his jersey number 10 and the "AFA" federation insignia. The same 24-karat gold plating and inlay work are present behind the smartphone.
The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra will also ship inside the special Caviar box and will be opened by a golden key. Caviar is also making 19 units of the phone and it will start from $13,130 (approximately Rs 13 lakhs).
Now, while the Ronaldo-inspired iPhone 17 Pro/ Pro Max is instantly available to purchase, the Messi edition of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is currently up for pre-order. The phone should go in stock as the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event concludes on July 22, 2026.
