Google is all set to roll out its AI-powered Magic Cue and Voice Translate features to Pixel 10 users in India. Both features aim to bring smarter assistance and streamline communication for its users.
Unveiled globally with the Pixel 10 launch, the Magic Cue feature acts as a proactive digital assistant that surfaces relevant information right when users need it. For example, if someone is on a call with an airline, their flight details from Gmail can automatically appear on screen.

Similarly, if a friend asks for a dinner plan, relevant reservations or calendar events are suggested instantly. Or, if someone requests photos, relevant images pop up for quick sharing. However, all of this runs on-device, ensuring user privacy.
On the other hand, the Pixel 10's Voice Translate feature takes Google's real-time translation to the next level by replicating conversations in a user's very own vocal pattern. Similar to how Bixby's Live Translate feature works, users can make cross-language phone calls where both parties hear each other naturally, in their respective languages, without robotic text-to-speech interruptions.

The feature is powered by Google's Tensor G5 chipset and Gemini Nano model, enabling fast, private and natural-sounding translations directly on the device.
Bringing the two features to India makes a lot of sense, particularly because of the country's linguistic diversity. From simplifying multilingual conversations with family and friends to streamlining everyday tasks, the Pixel 10's AI capabilities could bring a lot of practical value to its users.
Google describes the Pixel 10 as its "most helpful phone yet." With Magic Cue and Voice Translate now coming to India, Pixel 10 owners can expect a more intuitive and personal smartphone experience.
However, these are not the only features making their way to the Pixel 10 lineup. Google's latest Pixel phones also get a new Camera Coach feature, a conversational AI photo editor with Google Photos, as well as an AI-powered Journal app. The Pixel 10 series will be made available starting August 28, 2025.
