iQOO 15 Ultra Geekbench Listing Reveals Key Specs
First spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav, the iQOO 15 Ultra has appeared on Geekbench 6.5.0 with the model number vivo V2546A. The upcoming phone has managed to score 3,601 points in the single-core test, while hitting 11,434 points in multi-core.

Processor-wise, the listing mentions an octa-core chipset with 6 cores clocked at 3.63 GHz and 2 cores clocked at 4.61 GHz. Given how familiar the CPU architecture is, there is no doubt that we are looking at the latest flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile platform from Qualcomm. This doesn't come as a surprise since iQOO confirmed this a while back already.
Other details confirm the presence of 16 GB RAM and Android 16. So, we can expect the phone to feature OriginOS 6 features right out of the box.
The iQOO 15 Ultra design and details were confirmed a short while back and the phone features a new hexagonal honeycomb-like textured back, a large squircle camera deco and a flat metal frame. The phone will also come with pressure-sensitive shoulder trigger buttons and a built-in cooling fan.

Specs-wise, the smartphone is confirmed to feature a 6.85-inch 2K LTPO 144 Hz AMOLED display, a 7,400mAh battery with 100W fast USB-C charging support and a 50 MP triple camera setup with a 3x periscope lens.
That said, since the iQOO 15 Ultra launch date in China is scheduled for February 4, 2026, we shall know all the other details like pricing and availability shortly. It is shaping up to be a true flagship gaming phone, but sadly, the phone is not expected to launch in India.
