iQOO has been steadily teasing the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra's launch date and key specs over the past couple of weeks. However, a fresh leak has now filled in nearly everything else, leaving very little to the imagination ahead of the phone's official unveiling.
The brand has already confirmed that the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will arrive with a 6.8-inch 2K display, a massive 9,100mAh battery and the custom Dimensity 9500M chipset. Now, tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo builds on top of it and says that the display will run at a 144 Hz refresh rate.
This panel is also said to be using Visionox's F2 luminescent material and capable of hitting 1,000 nits of brightness in manual mode across the full panel.
Notably, as per the tipster, this is a regular LTPS AMOLED panel rather than an LTPO one. These display specs largely line up with what iQOO itself teased ahead of this leak. Security is expected to be handled by a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor built into the display.
As per the latest leak, the Dimensity 9500M SoC is said to be paired with an 11-core GPU and iQOO's own Q2 gaming chip. Moreover, the Synaptics S3910V touch controller is said to accompany it, which could deliver faster response times during gaming sessions.
The latest leak also suggests that the phone could come with 100W fast wired charging. Likely a consequence of that large battery, the Neo 11 Ultra is also tipped to be a fairly hefty phone, measuring 8.6mm thick and weighing 225 grams.
On the camera front, it is said to keep things fairly modest for a gaming-focused phone, with a 50 MP main camera paired with an 8 MP ultra-wide lens on the back. In addition, there's said to be a 16 MP front camera for selfies.
Unlike the standard Neo 11's vertical camera stack, the Neo 11 Ultra's dual rear cameras are arranged horizontally instead, which we saw in the official teaser poster previously.
Additionally, the phone is expected to come housed in a metal frame carrying both IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
iQOO has already confirmed that the Neo 11 Ultra will arrive in Wind Chaser, Shadow Black and Light White colourways. The white variant features a 3D flowing light effect on the back that shifts its sheen depending on the angle and lighting.
Expect the brand to confirm a lot of these remaining leaked iQOO Neo 11 Ultra specs in the coming days leading up to the launch on August 18, 2026. Alongside, the iQOO Z11S is also confirmed to arrive with a 10,000mAh battery, 6.83-inch 144 Hz display and a 50 MP camera.
