The Nothing Phone (4a) series has been a rumour mill favourite for quite some time now but the wait is finally over. Nothing has finally started teasing the launch of the lineup in India and there's a little more to the cryptic teaser than meets the eye.

Nothing Phone (4a) Could Launch in India by February-End

Nothing India took to its official X handle to tease the Phone (4a) lineup, which is expected to include the Nothing Phone (4a) and Nothing Phone (4a) Pro. In the cryptic teaser, we see Nothing teasing the upcoming lineup with dot-matrix lettering of different colours.

Going by this, we can expect the upcoming Phone (4a) phones to arrive in the black, white, blue, yellow and pink colour options. Moreover, the brand also reveals that the phones are arriving "soon", driving us to the conclusion that they could go official by February 2026 itself.

While the teaser doesn't reveal anything else, thanks to leaks and some prior teases by the brand itself, we know some of the Phone (4a) specifications.

Nothing Phone (4a) Specifications

Just last month, Carl Pei shared in a YouTube video that the Phone (4a) will arrive with several meaningful upgrades. We already knew that the phones would arrive with UFS 3.1 storage instead of UFS 2.2.

Apart from that, the brand also teased that the upcoming phones will arrive with design, display, camera and performance upgrades. This could also explain why Pei talked about Nothing Phones becoming expensive in 2026. It looks like the brand is throwing in meaningful upgrades to combat and justify the price increments due to the alarming global RAM shortage.

Apart from that, a previous Nothing Phone (4a) leak hinted at the phones arriving with Snapdragon 7 Gen series chipsets. Our best guess is that since the Nothing Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro arrived with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, the succeeding Nothing Phones could flaunt the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 instead.
