Smartphone prices in 2026 seem to be moving in only one direction and that is up. In just a few months, several brands have raised the prices of both new and existing phones, making it harder to justify to buyers. Now, OnePlus appears to be pushing that trend even further. Just weeks after increasing the price of the Nord 6 once, the company has rolled out yet another hike.
OnePlus Nord 6 Receives Second Price Hike in Two Weeks
OnePlus has silently increased the price of the OnePlus Nord 6 by another Rs 1,000. The revised prices have already gone live across channels as well. However, we've confirmed it on our end that the latest revision reflects the phone's "full and final price".

This comes after the Nord 6 price was hiked last week by up to Rs 5,000. The phone launched in India last month for Rs 38,999 and Rs 41,999, respectively. Now, with the revised pricing, its final MSP looks something like this.
| Variant | Launch Price | Last Week Price Hike | This Week Price Hike | Final Revised Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 8 GB + 256 GB | Rs 38,999 | Rs 3,000 | Rs 1,000 | Rs 42,999 |
| 12 GB + 256 GB | Rs 41,999 | Rs 5,000 | Rs 1,000 | Rs 47,999 |
This is not the first time OnePlus has hiked prices of its month-old phones. In the month of May itself, OnePlus 15 and 15R prices were hiked by up to Rs 6,000 and the OnePlus 15R received a second price hike. Now, with the Nord 6 also on its second inflated run, it remains to be seen what the smartphone market holds for the future, especially in India.
We are also maintaining a smartphone price hike tracker for our Indian readers. So, you can take a look at the dedicated interlinked guide to get a good idea of how bad the current RAM crisis is and make a more informed purchase decision before things get worse.
