It has now become a regular affair for Oppo to release the official details of the Find X9 lineup, bit by bit. The latest one has arrived from Oppo's Find series Product Manager, Zhou Yibao, who has revealed the battery capacity of the Find X9 and the Find X9 Pro.
Yibao's latest Weibo post has revealed that the compact Find X9 will be equipped with a 7,025mAh battery. Oppo will take it a notch up with the Find X9 Pro, with a 7,500mAh battery unit. He claims that the "battery capacity of a single Find X9 standard version is equivalent to that of two iPhone 17s".

The jump in battery capacity is substantial when compared to the Oppo Find X8 and the Oppo Find X8 Pro which arrived with a 5,630mAh and 5,910mAh capacities respectively. Just like the previous generation models, Oppo is using Silicon Carbon battery technology to breach the 7,000+ mark on the Find X9 series. The only difference this time around is the use of high density units, which have allowed the brand to pack such a huge capacity under such a sleek form factor.
Speaking of the devices overall footprint, Yibao previously confirmed that the Find X9 is only 7.99mm thick and weighs 203 grams. The Find X9 Pro on the other hand, measures 8.25mm and weighs around 224 grams.

Additionally, both phones are said to feature extremely narrow and uniform display bezels. The Find X9 display bezel is expected to measure around 1.10mm. It is evident from the above image as well where Yibao is holding both the smartphones side-by-side with the Find X9 on the left and the Find X9 Pro on the right. The Find X9 Pro resembles the iPhone 17 Pro a lot with its rounded corners and "Dynamic Island" imitation.
Both smartphones are also getting new Danxia Color Restoration Lens which will work alongside the imaging lens and the global multispectral sensor to deliver precise colour accuracy and pristine image quality. Yibao has also confirmed Hasselblad imaging for the Find X9 series with "video upgrades to rival the iPhones".

That said, Yibao has already confirmed 55W PPS charging for the Find X9 series. Both smartphones are said to bring 80W fast USB-C charging support and 50W wireless charging.
Both phones will allegedly feature a 50 MP Sony LYT-808 main sensor, a 50 MP Samsung JN5 ultra-wide angle lens and a 50 MP Samsung JN9 3x periscope camera. As for performance, the devices are expected to draw their power from the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and feature ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 out of the box.
Oppo is expected to launch the Find X9 and X9 Pro in October 2025. With just a month to go, we are sure Yibao will reveal more details soon before revealing the devices in their full glory.
