Oppo's flagship Find X9 series is expected to launch before the end of 2025. While we've seen a ton of rumours and leaks about the phone in the past, the brand has now confirmed a few key details about the Find X9.
In a recent post on Weibo, Product Manager of Oppo's Find series, Zhou Yibao, shared that the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro will have larger batteries compared to last year's Find X8 phones. This decision was made after the brand conducted a survey with over 5,000 Find X8 users, most of whom opted for longer battery life.

Yibao also confirmed in a reply to a user that the upcoming Oppo Find X9 series will also feature 55W PPS fast charging. This will be a huge upgrade over the Find X8 which was limited to just 33W.
On the imaging front, the Oppo executive reaffirms that the Find X9 series will continue to feature the "Hasselblad" branding. The phones will also get a "new imaging hardware" that will offer improved quality and colour reproduction. In a previous leak, the X90 Ultra was touted to come with a Hasselblad Photography Kit as well.
In subsequent Weibo posts, Yibao adds that the upcoming flagship devices will feature wireless fast charging alongside the "richest magnetic ecology". The latter could be a reference to a MagSafe-like technology which we've also seen on the latest Pixel 10 series. This post also confirms the presence of an ultrasonic fingerprint as well as an IP66 + IP68 + IP69 water and dust resistance on the Find X9 models.

The official didn't confirm the internal specs of these phones but based on previous rumours, both the Find X9 and X9 Pro are expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 that's tipped to launch in September 2025. Find X9 Ultra, on the other hand, could come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
Oppo is expected to launch the Find X9 and X9 Pro in October 2025. With just a month to go, we may see more developments and details of the upcoming flagships in the coming weeks.
