We are just days away from the Oppo Find X9 series India launch event and the leaks are nowhere ending. Now the latest development has arrived in the form of the lineup's pricing in the country.
Oppo Find X9 is getting a price bump while the Pro remains unaffected
While researching the upcoming Find X9 series in India, we stumbled upon the product pages of the Oppo Find X9 and the Find X9 Pro in Poorvika, one of the popular e-commerce brands in India. In what appears to be an accidental listing, the pages have already revealed the yet-to-go-official pricing of the upcoming flagships.

The standard Find X9 has been listed for Rs 74,999 for the 12 GB + 256 GB variant. Oppo will also make a 16 GB + 512 GB model available and it will cost Rs 84,999. Meanwhile, the Find X9 Pro will be available in the sole 16 GB 512 GB configuration and it will cost Rs 99,999.
Going by this, if true, this will mean a whopping Rs 5,000 price hike for the standard Find X9. For context, the Oppo Find X8 retailed in India for Rs 69,999. This makes the Find X9 the second flagship smartphone in India to receive a major price hike after the OnePlus 15, which debuted a few days back for Rs 72,999. However, the Find X9 Pro sees no change in price since the Find X8 Pro also costs Rs 99,999.
So, it looks like India's first MediaTek Dimensity 9500 smartphones are going to be expensive to own this year. Especially because of the fact that the majority of smartphone owners in India view the standard model as their entry point into the flagship segment.
Also, compared to the Find X8, the Find X9 has some interesting changes to say the least. Oppo has swapped the LTPO AMOLED display on the X8 for an LTPS panel on the Find X9. Even the peak brightness value is down from 4,500 nits to 3,600 nits. Also, while the OnePlus 15 is offering USB-C 3.2 Gen 1, the Find X9 sticks to a USB-C 2.2 port, and it will allegedly cost Rs 2,000 more.
So, it will be interesting to see if the Hasselblad cameras, new processor, design, bigger battery and ColorOS 16 will be enough to justify the Find X9's price in India. The Find X9 Pro, on the other hand, ships with all the expected hardware and software upgrades we expect from a 2025 flagship.
