Oppo Reno 15 Pro Launched in India with 200MP Camera and Dimensity 8450

Oppo has launched the Reno 15 Pro in India, alongside the regular Reno 15 and more compact Reno 15 Pro Mini in the lineup. The Oppo Reno 15 Pro is the most premium offering in the series, featuring a commendable camera setup, a Dimensity 8000 series chipset and more. 

Oppo Reno 15 Pro Specifications and Features

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution (2772 x 1272 pixels), a 120 Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 3,600 nits and 2160 Hz PWM Dimming. This panel is surrounded by 1.15mm bezels that deliver a 95.5% screen-to-body ratio. There's also Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection on top, backed by Splash Touch and Glove Touch tech. 

The screen is wrapped in an aerospace-grade aluminium body with cold-sculpted back, that measures 7.65mm in thickness and weighs 205 grams. Oppo has also focused on making the Reno 15 Pro durable with a triple IP66, IP68 and IP69 rating. 

Talking about cameras, the Oppo Reno 15 Pro specifications include a 200 MP main camera with OIS, a 50 MP ultra-wide camera and a 50 MP 3.5x telephoto lens with OIS. At the front, there's a 50 MP ultra-wide selfie shooter with a 100-degree field of view.

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro supports 4K @ 60 FPS HDR video across all cameras and adds features such as Reno PureTone Technology, AI Portrait Glow, Dual-View video and Popout creative edits. 

Under the hood, the Dimensity 8450 is powering the Oppo Reno 15 Pro, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Gaming and connectivity performance are also backed by the AI HyperBoost 2.0 and AI LinkBoost 3.0 technologies. 

Fueling it all is a big 6,500mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC wired charging and 50W AirVOOC wireless charging support. According to Oppo, a full wired charge can be carried out in 51 minutes. 

On the software front, the Oppo Reno 15 Pro offers ColorOS 16 features right out of the box, bringing Luminous Rendering Engine, Trinity Engine and Google Gemini-powered AI tools to the table. Oppo also promises five Android OS updates and six years of security updates. 

Oppo Reno 15 Pro Price in India and Sale Date

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro India price starts at Rs 67,999 for the base 12 GB + 256 GB variant. Meanwhile, the top-tier 12 GB + 512 GB costs Rs 72,999.

As for availability, the Reno 15 Pro will go on sale in the Sunset Gold and Cocoa Brown colour options from January 13, 2026. It will be available to purchase via the official Oppo India store, Flipkart and Amazon.
