The Oppo Reno 15 series is finally gearing up for its India launch, following its China debut earlier this month. The lineup, including the Oppo Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro, is expected to slot into the upper mid-range segment in the Indian market.
Oppo Reno 15 launch date in India to be revealed soon
The brand took to its official India X handle to drop the Reno 15 series teaser and confirm that the phones are "coming soon". While we don't get a launch date confirmation, one can expect the phones to launch in January 2026, if not by the end of December 2025.

As for the teaser, we get to see the Oppo Reno 15 design being teased in the Starlight Bow and Aurora Blue colour options. However, when the Oppo Reno 15 series launched in China, we saw both the Oppo Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro also embrace a Canelé Brown shade. It looks like that won't make it to India, going by the teaser.
Oppo Reno 15 series specifications
While the brand doesn't reveal anything else about the upcoming phones, we already know everything in terms of specifications. For starters, the Oppo Reno 15 will be a more compact offering, with its 6.32-inch 1.5K 120 Hz 10-bit AMOLED display with ZReal Cinematic certification, 240 Hz Touch Sampling Rate and up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness.
The Oppo Reno 15 Pro will share the same display specs but offer more real estate at 6.78 inches. Oppo's Crystal Shield Glass also protects the displays on both phones.
In terms of design, both the Reno 15 phones will pack a cold-carved back glass with the industry's first holographic lithography design, which creates a bow-shaped pattern at the back.

Under the hood, both phones will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 8450 chipset, paired with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Meanwhile, in terms of software, the Oppo Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro were the first ColorOS 16-supported devices out of the box.
Even in terms of cameras, both phones feature a 200 MP primary rear camera shooter, paired with a 50 MP 3.5x telephoto lens and a 50 MP ultra-wide. At the front, both phones flaunt the same 50 MP shooter as well.
In terms of battery, however, while the more compact Reno 15 packs a 6,200mAh battery, the Pro flaunts a 6,500mAh unit. But both phones support 80W fast charging and 55W PPS charging. The Oppo Reno 15 series also sports triple IP66 + IP68 + IP69 ratings.
While nothing can be said about the Oppo Reno 15 series price in India, one can expect them to cost around Rs 40,000 in the subcontinent. The Oppo Reno 15c also debuted in China this month, but it probably won't make it to India.
Since the brand has finally started teasing the phones in the country, expect a concrete Oppo Reno 15 launch date in India soon.
