A few weeks back, Realme launched its latest GT 8 series in China with top-tier displays, Qualcomm's latest and greatest chipset, large batteries and more. Now, the GT 8 Pro has received a fresh makeover as part of the brand's collaboration with the Aston Martin Racing F1 team.
Realme's GT 8 Pro brings a speedy makeover for F1 fans in China
The Aston Martin Racing Saudi Aramco F1 team and Realme have collaborated to jointly design and launch the Realme GT 8 Pro Aston Martin F1 edition phone. It brings the signature Aston Martin F1 British Racing Green colour mixed with the AMR25 F1 car decals for a complete package.

The back features the iconic gilded Aston Martin emblem etched in silver colour in the middle. It is an actual Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team emblem, which has been fitted within the back glass for that 3D feel and look.
There is also the dual-wing aerodynamic texture on both ends of the smartphone, which symbolises the aerodynamic capabilities of the AMR25 F1 car. Additionally, there are subtle yellow accents around the camera deco and the edges, paying homage to the sharp look of the AMR25. Even the power button has been coated with a splash of yellow.

Moreover, even with this new makeover, the Realme GT 8 Pro is instantly recognisable thanks to the new interchangeable camera deco design which is also present with this limited edition variant. Buyers will get three new swappable camera covers, two in the Aston Martin green colour with carbon fibre texture and one in a translucent yellow colourway.

Other than that, the limited edition GT 8 Pro comes in a special custom gift box. Every user who purchases the phone will receive a complete Aston Martin-branded retail box with two custom back covers, an AMR25-shaped SIM Ejector Pin, two swappable camera covers and the charger and cable in black colour.

Apart from that, on the inside, the GT 8 Pro limited edition smartphone also features a heavily customised RealmeUI 7.0. There are now two new wallpapers along with a custom lock screen theme and an AMR25 icon pack for customised icons. The phone also comes with a custom charging and power on/off animation, along with a new Aston Martin F1 camera watermark.

That said, apart from a fresh coat of paint, the Realme GT 8 Pro Aston Martin F1 edition mimics the exact same specs as the regular GT 8 Pro. Since the Realme GT 8 series China launch already happened, we have all the key details of the smartphone with us. Here is a quick rundown of the same:
