A handful of Galaxy S25 FE leaks and rumours have surfaced already, but the launch timeline remains under wraps. For those waiting, Samsung has revealed more information about when the phone could potentially launch.
In Samsung's Q2 2025 financial results, the firm has confirmed that the Galaxy S25 FE will release much earlier than last year. This was confirmed by Samsung's VP of Mobile Experience division, Daniel Araujo, who stated in the earnings call presentation:
For the Galaxy S25 series, we will focus on maintaining sales momentum with seasonal promotions as well as an earlier launch of the S25 FE.
— Daniel Araujo, VP Samsung Mobile Experience
While this still doesn't confirm the exact release timeline, considering the Galaxy S24 FE launched in late September last year, we expect the Galaxy S25 FE to launch by the end of August or in early September.
The presentation also confirmed the launch of Samsung's Tri-fold smartphone toward the end of 2025. We recently learned the Tri-fold could boast the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy.

Besides, the Project Moohan headset also seems to be on track and will likely launch alongside the Tri-fold. Samsung could also launch the mid-range Galaxy A17 and the Galaxy Tab S11 series, both of which have already leaked.
We've also seen quite a few Galaxy S26 Ultra and S26 Edge leaks, alongside rumours that Samsung might rename the standard Galaxy S26 to Galaxy S26 Pro. A recent finding from SammyPolice adds more weight to the rumour with the name Samsung Galaxy S26 Pro appearing on the GSM Association's IMEI database.

Samsung is also rumoured to replace the Galaxy S26 Plus with the slimmer Galaxy S26 Edge, which is rumoured to be even slimmer while boasting a bigger battery.
Previous Galaxy S25 FE renders and leaks reveal it could arrive with a flagship display, a thinner profile and MediaTek 9400 SoC with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB base storage. It could run on One UI 8 based on Android 16, out of the box. The pricing of the device is unknown, but more leaks should start pouring as we inch closer to the launch.
