After weeks of leaks and rumours the next Fan Edition smartphone from Samsung is finally here. The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE has been launched in India with specs like a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, One UI 8, 50 MP main camera and more. Here is a detailed specification, price and availability rundown of the smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Specifications and Features

Just like every other Fan Edition smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE aims to bring the highlighting features of the "Galaxy S25" lineup at an affordable price point.

It brings a 6.7-inch 120 Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 1080 x 2340 resolution, Vision Boost and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. This is similar to what the Galaxy S24 FE offers.

The panel is surrounded by minimal bezels overall and is encased within a 7.4mm thick Armour Aluminium chassis. It weighs only 190 grams. At the back, the latest Samsung FE phone features a glossy glass panel with a triple vertically aligned rear camera setup. These are all individual lenses embedded within the glass back, just like we saw with the Galaxy S24 FE.

Speaking of cameras, the triple camera setup at the back is home to a 50 MP main camera with OIS, an 8 MP 3x telephoto lens and a 12 MP ultra-wide angle camera. There is also a 12 MP selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture.

While the back cameras remain the same as those of the predecessor, the selfie camera on the S25 FE has received a 2 MP jump from last year.

Now, coming to performance, under the hood, the smartphone gets the Exynos 2400 processor paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. To recall, the Galaxy S24 FE draws its power from the Exynos 2400e chipset. Samsung claims that the Galaxy S25 FE features a "10% larger vapour chamber module" compared to the last-gen model.

Another key area where the Galaxy S25 FE is getting an upgrade is in the battery department. The smartphone is equipped with a 4,900mAh cell with 45W fast USB-C PD charging and 25W wireless charging support.

This brings a 200mAh upgrade over the Galaxy S24 FE with a 20W jump in the wired charging capacity. It also brings support for new Qi2-ready 15W wireless charging.
