With the current RAM crisis in full swing, the Indian smartphone market has been adjusting to the component shortage pressure for the past few months. Brands like Oppo, Samsung, Realme, Vivo, iQOO and more have already hiked prices of their exisitng phones. Now, Oppo has silently raised prices yet again, for some of its budget and mid-range smartphones.
Several Oppo "A" and "Reno" Series Phones Now Cost More in India
First spotted by tipster Sanju Choudhary, Oppo has now quietly raised prices of its A6 series and Oppo Reno 15C smartphone in India. We were able to verify this and all the affected smartphones are currently live on e-commerce platforms and even Oppo's own website with the revised pricing.

Starting with the Reno 15C, it has received the maximum price hike with both of its RAM and storage variants now costing Rs 3,000 extra. The 8 GB + 256 GB model now costs Rs 37,999 instead of Rs 34,999. Meanwhile, the 12 GB + 256 GB configuration is now sold for Rs 40,999 instead of Rs 37,999
The next victim is the Oppo A6 Pro, which is now Rs 2,000 more expensive across RAM and storage options. It now starts at Rs 24,999 instead of Rs 22,999 for 8 GB + 128 GB. The top 8 GB + 256 GB model is listed at Rs 27,999 instead of Rs 24,999.
Lastly, the Oppo A6x 5G has seen the least increase with only Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 increase across variants. The base 4 GB + 64 GB model now costs Rs 13,999 instead of Rs 13,499. The 4 GB + 128 GB and 6 GB + 128 GB configurations now start at an effective price of Rs 15,499 and Rs 17,999 instead of Rs 14,499 and Rs 16,999, respectively.
