All eyes have been on the Vivo X300 FE for quite some time now, ever since the Vivo X300 series went official last year. Well, the wait is finally over, as the Vivo X300 FE has silently launched in Russia, giving us a complete look at its specifications and pricing in the region.
Vivo X300 FE Specifications and Features
The Vivo X300 FE sports a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The display is wrapped in a 7.99mm thick body that weighs around 190 grams and is both IP68 and IP69 rated.
Powering the compact phone is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. On the software front, the Vivo X300 FE runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 right out of the box, with the brand promising five years of major OS updates and seven years of security patches.

For photos and videos, the phone features a 50 MP Sony IMX-921 primary rear camera sensor, a 50 MP Sony IMX-882 3x telephoto and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. At the front, there's a 50 MP selfie shooter to make use of.
Fueling it all is a big 6,500mAh Silicon Carbon battery with 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging support. On paper, it's basically a rebranded Vivo S50 Pro Mini, but sports Bluetooth 6.0 instead of Bluetooth 5.4.
Vivo X300 FE Pricing and Availability
The Vivo X300 FE comes in the Moonlight White, Cool Purple and Graphite Black colours and starts at RUB 60,124 (approximately Rs 70,000) for the base 12 GB + 256 GB variant. While nothing is known about the Vivo X300 FE's India launch, expect the brand to start teasing it anytime soon.
