The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro launched in India back in December 2025 and now, the brand is buckling up to add a more economical offering to the lineup. The Vivo X300 FE has been in the leaks for a while now, but the phone has now appeared on Geekbench, hinting at an imminent launch.

Vivo X300 FE Geekbench listing reveals key specs

Reliable tipster @ZionsAnvin took to X to reveal that the Vivo X300 FE has appeared on Geekbench 6.5.0 with the model number V2537. As per the shared images, the phone has managed to score 2,701 points in the single-core score and 8,180 points in the multi-core score. 

Additionally, the Vivo X300 FE Geekbench listing also reveals the chipset architecture, with six cores clocked at 3.32 GHz and two cores clocked at 3.80 GHz. The tipster also dug deeper into the source code of the listing to uncover the Adreno 829 GPU. All these hints combined point towards the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset powering the upcoming phone.

Apart from this, the listing also reveals that the phone will run on Android 16, so we can expect it to feature OriginOS 6 features right out of the box. 

While that's all that the Vivo X300 FE Geekbench spotting reveals, thanks to earlier leaks and reports, we know more. For starters, the phone is said to arrive with a 6.31-inch 1.5K 120 Hz flat AMOLED display. The phone is expected to be a glass and metal sandwich with an IP68+IP69 rating. 

Fueling it all could be a big 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast wired charging and 40W wireless charging support. It is also said to use LPDDR5X Ultra RAM configuration and UFS 4.1 storage configuration.

In terms of optics, there could be a 50 MP Sony IMX921 primary rear camera with OIS, accompanied by a 50 MP Sony IMX882 periscope sensor with OIS and an 8 MP OmniVision OV08F ultra-wide lens. At the front, the phone is expected to sport a 50 MP Samsung JN1 selfie shooter. 

Additional Vivo X300 FE specs may include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, x-axis linear motor and a dual speaker setup. 

While nothing else is known about the phone, since it has also recently bagged TUV and IMDA certifications, the official launch could be right around the corner. Expect the brand to start teasing the phone anytime soon, so stay tuned.
