Vivo is set to launch its upcoming flagship series, the Vivo X300. While most of the rumoured specifications are out, the exact launch date has so far been under wraps, until today.
According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the first Dimensity 9500-powered phone could launch on October 13, 2025. This device could very well be the Vivo X300 series, which was previously tipped to be the first to feature MediaTek's new SoC.

Considering the rumoured launch date is exactly a month away from today, it's possible that Vivo could make a launch announcement pretty soon on its Weibo handle. Vivo has already officially teased the design of the X300 series.
For those unaware, the Vivo X300 could consist of two phones – the standard X300 and the X300 Pro. There will also be a Vivo X300 Ultra, which is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and may arrive in April 2026. The X300 has already appeared on Geekbench with Dimensity 9500.

The Vivo X300 is expected to be a compact device with a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display and better haptics than its predecessor. The series could also feature a custom signal chip that Vivo developed in partnership with MediaTek.
Besides, the devices are expected to get a 4-lane UFS 4.1, which could boost the read-write speeds by 70%. The Pro could get a 200 MP telephoto lens combined with a 50 MP periscope telephoto with Zeiss T* coating. The main camera could be a 50 MP gimbal-grade snapper, while the front camera could be a 50 MP Zeiss unit with autofocus.
With the rumoured launch date closing in, it won't be too long until the official announcement. Further leaks could drop soon, and we will be covering them, so stay tuned.
