The Vivo X300e is now official in China as the fifth smartphone in the brand's "X300" series. Positioned below the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300s, the X300e is the second phone in the lineup to feature a Snapdragon processor. It also brings a refreshed design language to stand out from its siblings.
Vivo X300e Specifications and Features
One of the immediately noticeable aspects of the Vivo X300e is its design. The smartphone features a squircle camera deco with ZEISS branding and a triple-lens array that resembles the more affordable Vivo V70 Elite.
The phone offers a boxy glass and aluminium sandwich, with rounded R-corners and a flat back and front. Vivo X300e comes in Moonlight White, Midnight Black and Sunlight Orange colour options.
At the front, the smartphone offers a 6.59-inch 1.5K 10-bit LTPS AMOLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate, a 4,320 Hz PWM dimming frequency and a 2,000 Hz touch sampling rate. The panel is home to an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner that also supports unlocking with wet fingers.
To further enhance the multimedia experience, there are also dual stereo speakers to make use of.
Under the hood, the Vivo X300e is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, making this the second phone of the X300 series to boast a Qualcomm SoC, after the Vivo X300 Ultra in China.
The processor is paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. Out of the box, the phone runs on the OriginOS 6 update based on Android 16.
For photos and videos, the Vivo X300e brings a ZEISS triple-lens setup, featuring a 50 MP Sony IMX-921 main sensor, a 50 MP Sony IMX-882 periscope lens and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The selfie shooter is a 50 MP Samsung JN1 sensor.
The phone supports 4K video recording through the front, main and telephoto cameras. The battery capacity is another area where the smartphone shines, as it comes with a 7,200mAh cell and 90W fast charging support.
As for the rest of the Vivo X300e specs, there's an infrared sensor, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, dual-SIM 5G, NFC, GPS and a USB-C 2.0 port. The phone is also backed by IP68 + IP69 ratings for solid durability.

Vivo X300e Price in China and Availability
The Vivo X300e's China price starts at 4,799 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 68,500) for the 12 GB + 256 GB model. There is also a 12 GB + 512 GB option, which costs 5,299 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 75,500). Both configurations can be availed via Vivo China e-store.
We can expect Vivo to roll out the Vivo X300e in global markets like Europe and certain Asian countries. However, it is unlikely for the phone to launch in India since the Vivo X300 FE already exists here and it also comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor.
