Vivo X500, X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max Designs Showcased
A few days after the Vivo X500 Pro Max design reveal, the designs and colours of all the phones in the series have been revealed. Starting with the vanilla Vivo X500, it adopts a design reminiscent of the Vivo X90 series, with a circular camera module stationed on top of a rectangular camera bar at the top.

There's also an extra camera sensor and LED flash on the rightmost side. Buyers will have the option to pick up this model in four colourways – Dawn (pink), white, grey and black.
The Vivo X500 Pro and Pro Max, on the other hand, boast a centrally mounted circular camera module. The only difference between the two is that the Vivo X500 Pro Max is physically larger and boasts an extra button on the left side. Both models also share the same Orange, White, Grey and Black colours.

The full X500 roster will officially launch in China on September 21, 2026. Vivo will also broaden its ecosystem by launching the Vivo Watch 6 and Vivo Buds Clip wireless earbuds. The global rollout of the smartphones, however, is slated for November 2026.

Newly revealed Vivo X500 series camera information points toward the smartphone bringing huge photo and video improvements. With a BlueImage Light Guard 900 main sensor combined with Vivo's V3+ chipset and VCS 4.0 technology, the smartphone will bring 17 stops of dynamic range and CIPA 7.0-level stabilisation.
Internally, the Vivo X500 is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9500 processor, whereas the Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max may get the 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. Fueling the internals could be 8,000mAh batteries. More information should be revealed as we inch closer to the launch, so stay tuned.
