Last month, Vivo expanded its Y600 series with the launch of the Vivo Y600 Pro in China. Now, it looks like the brand is gearing to add another member to the family, as the launch date of the Vivo Y600 Turbo has been revealed to happen very soon.
Vivo Y600 Turbo China Launch Date Set for May 25
The official Vivo China Weibo handle has confirmed that the Vivo Y600 Turbo will launch in China on May 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST (or 7:30 AM IST). The smartphone is currently up for pre-order and Vivo has confirmed early bird discounts for folks who will pre-order the smartphone before the launch date.

Moreover, the teaser image also gives us a glimpse at the design of the phone. Unlike the large circular camera deco design of the Vivo Y600 Pro, the Turbo variant adopts a cleaner squircle camera module design. It contains a dual camera setup in a pill-shaped casing along with a LED Flash at the side.
At first glace, it resembles the newly launched iQOO Z11 very closely, if we discount the pink and the white colour options for the phone. Hence, there could be a chance the Vivo Y600 Turbo is a rebranded iQOO Z11.

This aligns with recent leaks that claim the Y600 Turbo will become the first Vivo phone to support 165 Hz refresh rate, same as the iQOO Z11. It is also said to feature the Dimensity 8500 chipset and a 50 MP main camera.
As for the rest, the smartphone could arrive with a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, a massive 9,020mAh battery and IP68 + IP69 ratings. That said, with no official word on specs out it, take the above details with a pinch of salt. Since the phone is launching in just a few days time, we shall know more about the Y600 Turbo shortly. So, stay tuned.
