OnePlus just expanded its budget smartphone lineup with the OnePlus N6x, a 4G-only sibling to the recently launched OnePlus N6. From the design to the hardware, there are a bunch of differences between the two phones to set them apart in two different price segments. Here's a detailed OnePlus N6x vs OnePlus N6 comparison to ease your buying decision and help you pick the right phone.

On paper, the OnePlus N6 is the stronger all-rounder. It comes with a bigger 8,000mAh battery with 45W charging and offers up to 6GB of RAM, giving it a clear edge for multitasking, along with a noticeably better camera setup.
That said, the design choice really comes down to personal taste. Between the two, I personally find the OnePlus N6x's vertical camera layout and cleaner back slightly more appealing than the N6's squircle module.
Yes, the N6x is Rs 4,000 cheaper at its base 4GB + 128GB variant, and that gap might look tempting at first glance. But this is exactly the kind of decision where the ongoing RAM crisis should factor into your thinking.
Those in a financial crunch may feel the OnePlus N6x is a better acquisition. However, we disagree, as stretching for the N6 gives you extra RAM for more room to multitask, a larger battery that should last a couple more hours, faster charging and even a better camera.
