Last week, Apple rolled out iOS 27.2 Developer Beta 3 with Face ID and GPS fixes. Now, the Cupertino brand has released the iOS 27.2 Developer Beta 4 update for eligible iPhones, taking away the redesigned Health app.
iOS 27.2 Developer Beta 4: What's New?
The biggest change in the iOS 27.2 Developer Beta 4 update is that the redesigned Health app is gone. According to MacRumors, after updating to Beta 4, the Health app shows a pop-up saying that the new features will arrive in a future update.

This isn’t a complete surprise. Apple had already told MacRumors that the new Health experience was only being tested in the iOS 27.2 beta and “wouldn’t launch until later in the year.” Apple’s developer notes also said the redesign is scheduled to launch separately.
Apple has confirmed that data collected during the beta of the new Health app will still be available in the Settings app. For context, the redesigned Health app brings an Insights tab with a “Health Age” score based on activity, VO2 max, sleep and more.
It also adds in-app fitness assessments and a readiness score on the Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4. In addition, the iOS 27.2 Developer Beta 4 update adds Siri AI support for more languages, dual capture for group FaceTime calls and Apple TV profiles. iOS 27.2 is also required for the new Apple HomeView.
That said, registered beta testers can download and install the iOS 27.2 Developer Beta 4 update by heading to Settings -> General -> Software Update. The update is available for iOS 27 eligible phones, starting from the iPhone 11 all the way up to the iPhone 18 Pro models and the iPhone Duo.
