Nothing announced in a Community post that it's rolling out a new Nothing OS 4.0 update to the CMF Phone 2 Pro, which includes many bug fixes and improvements. The system update B4.0-260108-1654 brings Camera enhancements, more importantly, fixes lots of bugs and glitches that were introduced by the original Nothing OS 4.0 update.

The new camera improvements include enhanced preview stability in Panorama mode, better haptic feedback when switching filters and better preview displays when toggling between the front and rear cameras in Night Video mode.
The update also includes General UI enhancements, including smoother volume slider animations and a more fluid sound wave visuals in Nothing OS 4.0's newly-revamped Recorder app.

Several specific bugs have been addressed, including an issue where the microphone didn't work in WhatsApp calls during gaming sessions, and a fix for the Auto Shazam widget being unresponsive on the lock screen.
Connectivity is also getting a boost with improved Wi-Fi stability to prevent automatic switching to weaker networks, alongside better Battery widget compatibility with true wireless earbuds.
Under the hood, the update also bumps Google Mobile Services to the December 2025 version and enhances the overall system stability. Nothing says the update is currently rolling out to users in batches and will take a few days to reach all the CMF Phone 2 Pro units. CMF Phone 2 Pro users can head over to Settings -> About phone -> Nothing OS update panel to install the update.
