Last week, the Redmi Note 17 series China launch was confirmed for July 2026. Now, an official-looking poster of the upcoming lineup has surfaced online, giving us our best look yet at what appears to be the Redmi Note 17 and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max.
Redmi Note 17 Series Design Revealed
The poster of the Redmi Note 17 and the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max was shared by tipster @sunnny1583 on X. However, at the time of writing, Redmi has not posted these images on its official Weibo account or any of its other social media channels, so their authenticity remains unverified.

In the above image, we can see two phones, one with a single camera and the other with dual rear cameras. The phone on the left features a single rear camera and sports a dual-tone purple finish, while the one on the right comes in a sky blue colourway with an abstract texture resembling clouds or ocean waves.
Both phones feature a squircle camera island in the top-left corner, with the lenses housed inside a pill-shaped module. The design is a complete departure from the Redmi Note 15 series.
As per the tipster, the image on the left belongs to the Note 17, while the one on the right is the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max (could also be the Redmi Note 17 Pro).
Redmi Note 17 Series Specifications (Leaked)
While the above image gives us our first look at the Redmi Note 17 series phones, the brand is yet to make its details official. However, leaks and rumours have already revealed a ton. For starters, the Redmi Note 17 series IMEI listing suggested that three smartphones are in development, with model numbers 26012RN62L, 26012RN62Y and 26012RN62A.
The standard Redmi Note 17 is tipped to bring a 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED display and be powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor (likely a toned-down variant of the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset). The phone is also expected to rock a 50 MP main camera and support 67W fast USB-C charging.

As for the Redmi Note 17 Pro, it will sit above the standard Note 17 and is expected to be powered by the fairly recent Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset. It is also tipped to bring a 1.5K OLED display, sport a 50 MP main camera and include a 9,000mAh battery capacity.
Lastly, the top-of-the-line Redmi Note 17 Pro Max is tipped to be positioned as a direct successor of last year's Redmi Note 15 Pro+. Expected to feature a massive 10,100mAh battery, a 200 MP main camera and the brand-new Dimensity 7500 chipset, it could be the one to steal the spotlight.
That said, more official details about the Redmi Note 17 series should surface as we inch closer to launch. Since it is already confirmed to arrive this month, expect fresh details to emerge in the coming days, including the exact launch date.
