The wait is finally over, as the Google Pixel 11 series finally has a stage to call its own. Google has confirmed the next-generation Pixel 11 series launch date for August 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM ET (or 3:30 AM IST).
Bloomberg's Mark Gurman shared the official invite on X, which keeps details characteristically vague. It asks attendees to join Google "live and in person" in New York for what it's calling the night the next generation of Pixel phones arrive. The series is expected to include the Google Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
Apart from this, the media invite also showcased what appears to be a close-up of the Pixel 11's horizontal camera module itself. This lines up with previous Pixel 11 CAD renders, which showcased the same camera module design across all phones in the lineup.
While Google itself hasn't said much beyond the date and venue, leaks and reports have been doing the talking for a while now. From what the Pixel 11 lineup will offer to what the phones could be priced at, many details have already surfaced online. So, let's jump into that.
Google Pixel 11 Series Specifications (Leaked)
A while back, tipster Mystic Leaks took to Telegram to reveal all the Google Pixel 11 leaked specs. The standard Pixel 11 is expected to retain a 6.3-inch 120 Hz LTPS OLED display with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. It will also come with up to 12 GB of RAM. The regular model is also tipped to get a modest battery of 4,840mAh, along with a new 50 MP main camera. Colour options are said to include Black, Green, Pink and Purple, though the official names could differ.
Meanwhile, the Google Pixel 11 Pro is expected to step up to a 6.3-inch 1.5K 120 Hz LTPO OLED display with 3,600-nit peak brightness. The phone is expected to pack up to 16 GB of RAM and a 4,707mAh battery. In addition, the Pro model could arrive with improved main and telephoto cameras.
Now, the Pixel 11 Pro XL is said to carry over most of the Pro's upgrades, but with a bigger 6.8-inch 1.5K 120 Hz LTPO OLED display and a larger 5,000 mAh battery.
Rounding out the lineup, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold is rumoured to pack a 3,500-nit 8-inch 120 Hz LTPO OLED inner display alongside a 3,600-nit 6.4-inch 120 HZ LTPS OLED cover screen. The foldable could also sport up to 16 GB RAM and pack a 4,658mAh battery.
Apart from this, Google is expected to drop the rear Thermometer sensor entirely in favour of an RGB LED strip on the camera island. As per leaks, this could be called the Pixel Glow feature on the Pixel 11.

Google Pixel 11 Series Pricing (Leaked)
A more recent leak, reported by French publication Dealabs, points to a price hike across the board, which could be due to the ongoing RAM crisis. According to the report, Google is finally retiring the base 128 GB storage tier, with 256 GB becoming the new entry point across the lineup, followed by 512 GB and 1 TB options. This is similar to what Apple did with the iPhone 17 last year and Samsung did with the Galaxy S26 this year.
Talking about pricing, for the European market, the Pixel 11 could start at 999 euros (approximately Rs 1,08,500). Meanwhile, the Pixel 11 Pro could be priced at 1,199 euros (approximately Rs 1,30,500). On the other hand, the Pixel 11 Pro XL price may start at 1,399 euros (approximately Rs 1,52,000). Finally, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold could be priced at 1,999 euros (approximately Rs 2,17,000).
The same report also lists that the Pixel 11 may arrive in Light Sterling, Midnight Haze, Fuchsia and Moss colourways. Meanwhile, the Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL could embrace the Light Fog, Midnight Haze, Dune and Pine options. Meanwhile, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold could come in Midnight Haze and Pine colour options.
This report also suggests that the phones could go on general sales on August 20, 2026, which makes sense considering the August 12 launch event Google has now made official.
