Honor has officially launched the Magic V Flip 2 in China as a premium clamshell foldable that combines flagship specifications with a high-fashion design twist. The device debuts with the industry's first 200 MP camera on a flip phone, as well as a massive 5,500mAh silicon-carbon battery. Here's a detailed rundown of the specifications of Honor's latest flip phone, as well as its pricing and availability details.
Honor Magic V Flip 2 Specifications and Features
The Honor Magic V Flip 2 takes cameras very seriously with a 200 MP main sensor and a 50 MP ultrawide lens. Meanwhile, at the front, the flip phone packs a 50 MP front camera for selfies. This is undoubtedly one of the most powerful camera setups on a clamshell foldable.

Talking about the display, there's a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED main display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of over 5,000 nits. Meanwhile, there's a 4-inch OLED cover screen on the outside, which also supports a 120 Hz refresh rate, but peaks at 3,600 nits.

Under the hood, the Magic V Flip 2 from Honor is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 16 GB of RAM. Additionally, the device offers 1 TB of storage to make use of.
Fueling it all is a massive 5,500mAh silicon-carbon battery, which is also the largest in its class. Keeping all checkboxes ticked, the clamshell foldable also offers 80W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

Despite the large cell, the foldable maintains a slim profile at 6.9mm when unfolded and weighs around 204 grams. The flip phone also flaunts quite the durability with its dual IP58 + IP59 ratings, similar to its book-style sibling, the Honor Magic V5.
