Every year, in the month of July, Infinix refreshes its "Hot" series in markets like India, Indonesia, the Philippines and more. Last year, the brand launched the Infinix Hot 60 during that time and this time around, it looks like the brand is all set to introduce the sequel, the Infinix Hot 70, as it has now emerged online via a listing database.
Infinix Hot 70 FCC Listing Reveals Interesting Data
Spotted by tech publication, TheTechOutlook, the upcoming Infinix Hot 70 has been listed on the FCC database with the X6895 and X6895B model numbers. Interestingly, both the SKUs carry different battery capacities.

While the X6895 variant has been registered with a 5,430mAh capacity, the X6895B model has a higher 5,600mAh cell. The latter even has 45W fast USB-C charging, which the former lacks. At first glance, it is not immediately clear why two variants of the same phone have different battery capacities. However, we believe it is based on the launch region.
This has been a common practice with smartphone brands to launch the same phone with different battery capacities to comply with the laws and regulations of the launch country. The recently launched Xiaomi 17 is a good example of this. When it launched in China back in September 2025, it was amongst the first phones to ship with a 7,000mAh battery. However, very recently, when the phone reached India, the capacity was reduced to 6,330mAh. The same capacity was used for the European model as well.

Hence, at the time of writing, we believe this is the most plausible reason for this battery capacity discrepancy. Aside from this, nothing else seems to be different between the two Infinix Hot 70 versions. Both models are said to share the same dimensions with 7.64 mm thickness and support the same network and connectivity features like LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and Galileo
Also, in terms of design, based on the FCC database schematic, the Hot 70 will feature the same rectangular vertical camera deco with a squircle Ring LED light. The only difference appears to be in the number of cameras, as the Hot 70 seems to offer only a dual camera setup compared to the triple lens array on the Infinix Hot 60.

That said, since the Infinix Hot 70 is not expected to launch before July 2026, we still have a few more months to go for proper details to emerge. So, take these revelations with a pinch of salt. Based on the current RAM situation, we expect Hot 70 to start from Rs 15,000.
