iQOO has officially started teasing its upcoming flagship, the iQOO 15. This gives us our very first look at its design while it also goes up for pre-orders in China.
iQOO 15 design teased officially
The teaser doesn't give away anything surprising about the device. The iQOO 15 is seen flaunting an RGB-lit camera module ring at the back. Since the iQOO 13 arrived with a similar "Halo light" feature, we aren't particularly taken aback by it.

From the looks of it, iQOO will also stick to a flat screen this time around. In addition, the brand also confirmed to use Samsung's 2K AMOLED panel for the iQOO 15 display.
iQOO 15 expected specifications
While that's all the brand has given away for now, leaks and reports also add that this could be a 6.85-inch anti-glare 144 Hz screen with up to 6,000 nits of peak brightness. There's also said to be an upgraded 50 MP periscope telephoto camera, coupled with a 50 MP primary and 50 MP ultrawide cameras.
Under the hood, the upcoming flagship is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and offer 12 GB of RAM. Additionally, the chipset will be paired with the brand's proprietary self-developed Q3 co-processor.
As for the iQOO 15 battery, one can expect a 7,000mAh unit fueling the device. Also, 100W fast charging is said to accompany the battery. Meanwhile, on the software front, the device is said to launch with Android 16-based OriginOS 6 in China.
OriginOS 6 release date has been set for October 10, 2025, while the device itself is expected to launch on October 20, 2025, in China. It's already up for pre-reservation in China. Meanwhile, India launch is expected sometime later this year.
