Now, considering iQOO has already started teasing the India launch, the phone could arrive sooner than last year's iQOO 13, which arrived in December 2024.
While we do know that the iQOO 15 China launch date is set for October 2025, a concrete date hasn't been confirmed by the brand yet. The firm has already begun taking pre-reservations, suggesting the launch date could be revealed any day now.
The key specifications of the iQOO 15 have been out in the wild for quite some time now. Meanwhile, the brand recently confirmed the iQOO 15 display to be a 2K Everest OLED 144 Hz display backed by up to 6,000 nits of peak brightness. In addition, the brand also confirmed that the phone will come with the in-house Q3 chip that will bring stable frame rates to games at 144 Hz 2K resolution.

Rumours also suggest that the iQOO 15 could feature an 8,000 mm2 vapour chamber cooling system. Moreover, the device could be fueled by a 7,000mAh battery with 100W charging. The brand is also expected to throw in a triple rear camera setup with a 50 MP periscope lens.
Other rumoured specifications include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers and enhanced haptics with better vibration motors. Lastly, with OriginOS India launch confirmed recently, the iQOO 15 could arrive with the latest OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
Stay tuned as we will cover all the new information that pops up about iQOO 15's India launch and specifications.
