iQOO Z11 Turbo Launch Set for This Date

iQOO has been teasing the all-new Z11 Turbo smartphone for quite some time now. It has been heavily marketed to bring top-tier hardware and competitive pricing to the table. Now, the brand has confirmed the exact iQOO Z11 Turbo launch date in China.

iQOO Z11 Turbo China launch date set for January 15

An official Weibo post made by iQOO has confirmed that the iQOO Z11 Turbo will launch in China on January 15, 2026. The smartphone will be unveiled at a dedicated event slated to commence from 19:00 CST (or 4:30 PM IST).

Ahead of that, iQOO has already shared a ton of details regarding the upcoming phone. For instance, the smartphone is bringing in a fresh new look with its "porthole-style" design. It features a squircle camera deco with the horizontally aligned dual cameras.

Moreover, in an early iQOO Z11 Turbo design reveal post, the brand mentioned upgraded materials for the smartphone. It will boast a premium build with a glass back and a metal mid-frame. As for the iQOO Z11 Turbo colours, the phone is getting Canglang Shimmer, Halo Pink, Polar Night Black and Sky White options.

Talking about the specs, the brand has already confirmed the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset for the smartphone. At the front, there will also be a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPS flat OLED display and, for the first time, a 200 MP primary camera.  

Aside from that, the Z11 Turbo could also bring a massive 7,600mAh battery, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and dual IP68 + IP69 rating. Pricing-wise, a previous leak hinted at a 2,500 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 33,000) starting price for the phone.

If true, this will effectively become one of the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 phones to date. Thankfully, since the iQOO Z11 Turbo launch date is just a few days away, we will know for sure how aggressively the brand positions it in China. While nothing can be said about its India launch, reports do suggest that it could be arriving as the iQOO 15R in the country.
