After missing its expected July 16 launch window, the Itel Zeno 100 Pro has finally made its way to India. It's an entry-level smartphone that offers rugged durability and packs all the daily essentials at an easily accessible price point.

Itel Zeno 100 Pro Specifications and Features

At the front, the Itel Zeno 100 Pro features a 6.6-inch HD+ LCD display running at a 90 Hz refresh rate, paired with an 180 Hz touch sampling rate for smoother scrolling.

The screen also gets a software-driven Dynamic Bar, which wraps notifications,  battery status and incoming calls around the camera cutout. This is similar to how the Dynamic Island on Apple iPhones and Live Alerts on OnePlus phones work.

There's also a DTS-tuned speaker system to further enhance the multimedia experience. To make the viewing and listening experience more versatile, there's also a 3.5mm headphone jack to make use of.

Talking about software, the phone runs on Android 15 Go Edition out of the box, which is a lighter version of Android built for entry-level hardware. The phone also comes with Itel's Ultralink technology, which is designed to maintain connectivity in areas with patchy network coverage.

Powering the phone is an octa-core Unisoc T7100 chipset, paired with 3 GB of RAM (expandable virtually up to 5 GB). There's also 64 GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 2 TB via a microSD card.

Durability is where the Itel Zeno 100 Pro tries to stand out, big time, with its MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification. This makes the phone built to withstand drops and harsher environmental conditions.

On the camera front, the phone keeps things simple with an 8 MP rear camera backed by an LED flash and, at the front, a 5 MP shooter for selfies and video calls.

Rounding out the hardware, there's a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

There's also an IR blaster, that lets the phone double as a remote for TVs and ACs.

Itel Zeno 100 Pro Price in India and Availability

The Itel Zeno 100 Pro is priced at Rs 8,599 for the single 3 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage variant. As for availability, it is currently up for grabs via Amazon India. The phone comes in Comet Orange, Cloud White and Natural Black colourways.

Alongside the Itel Zeno 100 Pro, the Itel Zeno power bank, which launched in India last week, is also available to purchase on Amazon.

Given its price bracket, the Zeno 100 Pro finds itself up against a handful of other options like the Lava Bold N2 Lite and the Poco C71.

Overall, considering the ongoing RAM crisis, the Itel Zeno 100 Pro is easily one of the best phones under Rs 10,000 at the moment.
