JBL has finally launched the Tour One M3 and the Tour One M3 Smart Tx over-ear headphones in India after they went official globally back in January 2025. While on the surface, these are yet another premium audiowear from the brand, the Smart Tx variant has a neat trick up its sleeve which makes it so sought after. Here is everything new and noteworthy with the Tour One M3 lineup.
Tour One M3 brings JBL's signature audio, bundled with an audio transmitter
As it is already evident, one of the top-selling point of the Tour One M3 Smart Tx is the separate Smart Tx Audio Transmitter which is bundled with the headphones. The standard Tour One M3 misses out on this.
The first and foremost purpose of this additional touchscreen module is to "connect to any audio source and stream to any Auracast-enabled speakers or headphones near them". Additionally, you can even use the display to control music playback, accept/reject calls, customise the EQ, check battery health and more.

Now, while the all-in-one touchscreen control hub is meant to enhance the user's experience, the Tour One M3 series itself is no exception. JBL has equipped each side of the headphones with a 40mm Mica driver for crisp vocals and clean mids.
They even feature a built-in Digital-to-Analogue Converter (DAC) which helps in the transmission of lossless audio. There is also LDAC support with 24-bit audio. Other than that, JBL's proprietary Personi-Fi 3.0 spatial audio algorithm helps users customise their 360° audio listening experience.

As expected from a premium headphone, there is also support for True Adaptive Noise Cancelling 2.0 with the Tour One M3 and the Tour One M3 Smart Tx. Both use an eight microphone setup to eliminate external noise in real-time. They even feature JBL's Ambient Aware and SmartTalk functions for auto play/pause during calls.
For calls, the headphones are using a quad beamforming microphone setup for crystal clear and interruption free call quality. Connectivity-wise, there is Bluetooth 5.3, dual pairing support, Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair.

Apart from this, both headphones are rated to last for up to 70 hours on a single charge. They supports fast charging and JBL claims that five minutes of charge can provide up to five hours of use time. However, it is without ANC or with ANC but at standard audio codecs like SBC and AAC.
Tour One M3 series has a premium price tag
JBL has introduced the Tour One M3 for Rs 34,999, while the Smart Tx variant is offered for Rs 39,999. However, as part of the launch offer, the Tour One M3 will be available for Rs 26,999 and the M3 Smart Tx for Rs 32,999.
The headphones are already up for sale via the JBL India website in the Mocha, Blue and Black colourways. Additionally, users who wish to test the headphones out before purchasing, the Tour One M3 series will also be available at JBL-authorised retail outlets.
