Reliance Jio's AI subsidiary Haptik has launched a new initiative, AI for All. This is aimed at making enterprise-grade AI accessible to India's small and medium businesses with the rollout of WhatsApp and Voice AI Agents on its Interakt platform.

With the entry plan starting at Rs 10,000, it covers up to 2,000 AI-driven conversations, giving SMBs a cost-effective way to automate customer engagement. Businesses can increase usage as needed, paying only for each conversation the AI agent handles.

As per the company, early users saw big improvements, with up to 80% of repetitive queries handled automatically and up to 25% improvement in lead conversions. Use cases range from clinics booking appointments after hours to educational institutes answering course-related questions instantly.

The new tool supports 22 Indian languages, doesn’t need any coding to set up and works smoothly with systems like CRMs. Haptik is also positioning its Voice AI Agents as a way to handle phone-based conversations for customer support.

Haptik aims to onboard 300,000 to 500,000 SMBs in the next two years, which it says would account for around 1% of India's digitally active SMB market. Current clients include brands such as Re’equil, Pantheon Development, and Aster Hospitals in the UAE. These brands are said to already be using the agents for engagement, support and multilingual reminders.

With this launch, Jio Haptik is betting big on conversational AI and using it to boost growth in India's SMB sector, where WhatsApp continues to dominate customer-business transactions.
