Reliance Jio has launched a Rs 10,000 prepaid plan that covers three years of service with a single recharge. The plan goes on sale today, November 7, 2026, and comes with unlimited 5G data, 2.5 GB of high-speed data per day, unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day.

Jio calls it an industry first and it locks in the plan’s price and benefits for the full three years so that you won’t be affected by any tariff hikes during that period.

Jio Rs 10,000 Plan Benefits and Validity

The new plan has a validity of 1,095 days. Along with the connectivity benefits, it bundles a JioHotstar Mobile + Hollywood subscription, a 12-month Canva Pro Lite subscription and 50 GB of free JioAICloud storage.

For those unaware, Jio prepaid plans with free Canva Pro or Pro Lite subscriptions launched only this September 2026, so it's good to see the Rs 10,000 plan come with it as well.

That said, here's a quick rundown of all the details of Jio's Rs 10,000 three-year prepaid recharge plan:

As with Jio’s other plans, unlimited 5G will only work if you have a 5G phone and are in an area with Jio 5G coverage. Outside of that, you’ll be using the 2.5 GB daily quota.

Is the Jio 3-Year Prepaid Plan Worth It?

Spread across 36 months, the plan works out to about Rs 278 per month, or roughly Rs 9 a day.

Jio’s existing Rs 3,599 annual plan offers the same 2.5 GB of daily data and unlimited 5G, so buying it three times would cost Rs 10,797. That makes the new plan about Rs 797 cheaper over three years.

The bigger advantage, though, is price protection. Telecom tariffs in India have gone up repeatedly over the past few years and locking in today’s price until 2029 could save you more than the upfront discount suggests.

There are trade-offs too. The Canva Pro Lite subscription only covers the first of the three years. You also have to pay Rs 10,000 upfront and the plan effectively ties you to Jio for three years. If your network experience changes or you want to switch operators, that money is already spent.

That said, you can subscribe to the plan through the MyJio app, Jio.com, Jio Stores, retail outlets and other Jio recharge channels across India.

Also, Jio voice-only recharge plans went official recently as well, so you can check those out too, in case you want to keep a phone active without the bundled data.
