Additionally, the Phone (4a) Geekbench listing also reveals the architecture of the chipset powering it. We see four cores clocked at 1.80 GHz, three cores at 2.40 GHz and a single core clocked at 2.71 GHz. From the looks of it, the upcoming Nothing Phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset.

Not too long ago, Nothing confirmed meaningful upgrades for the Phone (4a) and we already got to know early on that the upcoming lineup will also use UFS 3.1 instead of UFS 2.2. Now, it seems like the processor upgrade is also happening, bringing around 10% increment in CPU and GPU performance over the last generation's Snapdragon 7s Gen 3.

However, due to these upgrades and the ongoing global RAM shortage, the Nothing Phone (4a) lineup will be expensive. Apart from this, the Nothing Phone (4a) Geekbench listing also reveals the phone will arrive with 12 GB of RAM

Sadly, nothing else is known about the Phone (4a) lineup at the moment. However, one can indeed expect to see some subtle upgrades in the display quality, battery capacity and more. Since the phones are expected to launch this month itself, we're hoping to see the brand confirm more details in the coming days, so stay tuned.
