Oppo is gearing up to launch its Find X9 series and a fresh leak now puts the spotlight on the Find X9 Ultra. Well, looks like the Ultra is going to justify its expected premium price tag with an impeccable camera setup.
Find X9 Ultra could feature a 200 MP Sony IMX90E primary sensor
Reliable tipster Digital Chat Station took to Weibo to reveal an ambitious camera setup for the Oppo Find X9 Ultra. As per the tipster, the upcoming Ultra from Oppo will sport a 200 MP Sony IMX90E 1/1.12-inch primary rear camera sensor with OIS.

Additionally, the main sensor is said to be accompanied by two 50 MP periscope telephoto lenses and an ultra-wide camera. One of the telephoto sensors is rumoured to be Sony's flagship LYT-828 with support for 3x optical zoom. For selfies, there will be a 50 MP shooter.
A previous leak also suggested a Hasselblad Photography Kit for Find X9 Ultra, which makes a lot of sense given the ambitious setup.

Apart from this, we also know that the Oppo Find X9 Ultra will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. Leaks and reports also point at the following key specs:
- 6.8-inch flat OLED LTPO 2K 120 Hz display
- More than 7,500mAh battery
For now, this is all that is known about the Oppo Find X9 Ultra. Another thing to note is that the Ultra will most likely not be a part of the Oppo Find X9 launch in China on October 16, 2025. Instead, the top-tier phone in the lineup is expected to land sometime in Q2 2026.
