Oppo Find X9 will be powered by Dimensity 9500 and feature a 200 MP main camera
For those unaware, the Oppo Find X9 launch date in China is set for October 16, 2025. So, ahead of the India launch, we will thankfully get to know all about the upcoming phones. After the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 launch recently, it was already known that the chipset would be powering the Find X9 phones.

Now, we get to know that the Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro will be the first phones to globally feature the processor. Besides, the November 2025 India launch timeline could make it one of the first markets to adopt MediaTek's latest and greatest chipset.
Built on TSMC's 3nm process, the Dimensity 9500 boasts an All-Core CPU configuration, delivering a reported 32% improvement in single-core performance and 17% in multi-core tasks, while consuming up to 55% less power than the Dimensity 9400. The Arm G1-Ultra GPU also promises enhanced graphics performance, including support for console-grade ray tracing.

Photography remains a key focus for Oppo, with the series to feature a Hasselblad-tuning camera setup. The Oppo Find X9 Pro will steal the spotlight with its teased 200 MP camera system. The brand also confirmed the phones to arrive in the Chasing Red, Frosty White and Velvet Titanium colour options. The regular Find X9 will also be offered in a bonus Fog Black option.
Apart from this, we know that the Oppo Find X9 will pack a 7,000mAh battery, while the Pro will flaunt a 7,500mAh unit. The upcoming phones are also going to top the list of ColorOS 16 supported devices list by featuring the new OS right out of the box. All the phones in the lineup will also come with Oppo's Trinity Engine, which optimises phone performance via RAM, ROM and CPU vitalisation.
