The Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro has surfaced on Geekbench ahead of its expected launch, revealing its processor, RAM and software details. From the looks of it, it could ultimately be just a rebranded Galaxy M47.
Fresh off the launch of the Samsung Galaxy M47, the Galaxy F70 Pro has appeared on Geekbench with model number SM-E476B. The smartphone scored 998 points in single-core and 3,090 points in multi-core, placing its performance in the budget to mid-range category.
As per the listing, the phone will be powered by an octa-core chipset, with four cores clocked at 1.80 GHz and four cores clocked at 2.40 GHz. This hints at it being powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset. The listing also reveals that the phone sports 8 GB of RAM and runs on Android 16, possibly running One UI 8.5 out of the box.
This benchmark also follows the recent Galaxy F70 Pro appearance on BIS, Bluetooth SIG and Samsung India's official website, confirming the phone's India launch is near. For those unaware, Samsung's F series is usually Flipkart-exclusive, so it could silently launch on Flipkart, since the Galaxy M47 is an Amazon exclusive.
So, if the Galaxy F70 Pro is indeed a rebranded Galaxy M47, we can expect it to feature a 6.7-inch 120 Hz Super AMOLED display. It could also pack a 6,000mAh battery and 45W fast charging.
Other specifications could include LPDDR5X RAM with UFS 3.1 storage, an IP64 rating, NFC and 50 MP triple rear cameras.
That said, the Galaxy F70 Pro price in India could also be set similarly to the Galaxy M47 5G, which retails for Rs 32,999 for the base 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant. More information about the smartphone should be revealed in the coming days, so stay tuned.
