Vivo X200 FE Launched in India with 6.31-Inch Display and 6,500mAh Battery

The compact Vivo X200 FE flagship smartphone has finally launched in India with a big battery, powerful Dimensity 9000 series processor, as well as a durable build. Here's a detailed look at the specifications of the Vivo X200 FE, along with its pricing and availability details.

In addition, the screen also offers up to 5,000 nits of local peak brightness and 1,800 nits of high brightness to ensure clarity even under direct sunlight.

Those sensitive to display flickering will also be happy to know that there's 2,160 Hz of PWM dimming. Further, taking eye protection seriously, the display is backed by SGS certification for blue light emission as well as Smart Eye Protection Mode 2.0. 

On top, there's also Schott Xensation Core for protection against accidental drops. Meanwhile, the back is protected by "reinforced Gorilla Shield glass", which the brand claims "resists scratches and drops, withstands up to 12 hours of rain, and handles daily splashes with ease."

Focusing further on durability, the Vivo X200 FE also flaunts military-grade drop resistance alongside an IP68 + IP69 rating. There's also an aluminium-grade metal frame, adding to the premium feel of the device. The phone itself is also just 7.99mm thin and weighs 186 grams. This is quite impressive, especially since it also packs a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging. 

Moreover, the Vivo X200 FE doesn't plan on disappointing on the performance front either, thanks to the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. There's also up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. 

Vivo's latest compact flagship also brings a commendable ZEISS-branded triple rear camera setup to the table. This setup is driven by a 50 MP primary rear Sony IMX921 sensor with OIS. In addition, there's a secondary 50 MP Sony IMX882 telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom. The third sensor is an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. At the front, there's a 50 MP selfie shooter. Now, both the front and rear camera setups can record 4K @ 60 FPS videos, making it an ideal choice for content creators. 

The Vivo X200 FE also brings AI Image Studio to the table, which brings features like a new AI Four Seasons Portrait as well as AI Magic Move, AI Erase, AI Image Expander and AI Photo Enhance. 

Out of the box, the phone runs on Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15. The brand also promises 4 years of major OS upgrades and 5 years of security patches. 

Connectivity options are abundant as well, including dual 5G nano SIM, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, Glonass and a UBS-C port with OTG support.

Vivo X200 FE Price in India and Availability

The Vivo X200 FE starts at Rs 54,999 for the 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant. Meanwhile, the 16 GB + 512 GB variant is priced at Rs 59,999.

It comes in the Luxe Grey, Frost Blue and Amber Yellow colourways and is currently up for pre-orders via the official Vivo India website and Amazon until July 22, 2025.
