The Vivo X300 Ultra launch in India on May 6, 2026, alongside the Vivo X300 FE, and all the specifications are mostly out in the open except for the pricing. Now, that has also been revealed thanks to a box leak that gives us our first look at how much Vivo's top-tier flagship phone could be priced at, and it is not for the faint-hearted.

Vivo X300 Ultra Price in India Leaked

This detail comes from Tipster Sanju Chowdhary (@saaaanjjjuuu), who leaked the Vivo X300 FE retail box and India pricing just yesterday. Now, he has taken it to X again and shared an image of the X300 Ultra retail packaging. The box listing shows a price of Rs 1,99,999, which is even higher than the 1TB storage variant of the iPhone 17 Pro Max

However, it is standard practice in India, as the actual retail price is rumoured to be around Rs 1,59,999. This does not include the price of the camera kit, as it needs to be purchased separately. Since the Vivo X300 Pro Zeiss teleconverter kit costs Rs 20,999, expect the X300 Ultra's kit to cost around Rs 30,000.

The box also mentions the model number of the Vivo X300 Ultra to be V2562. Additionally, the phone's dimensions are listed as 162.9 x 76.8 x 8.4mm, making it slightly shorter and thinner than the Vivo X200 Ultra, whose dimensions were 163.1 x 76.8 x 8.7mm.

Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications

Besides the image, the tipster has also mentioned a bunch of specifications for the phone that align with the Vivo X300 Ultra China variant. It could feature a 6.82-inch 2K 144Hz AMOLED display and be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.

For cameras, it may feature a 200 MP LYT 901 f/1.9 main lens, a 200MP  Samsung HP0 10x f/2.67 periscope lens and a 50MP Sony LYT818 f/2.0 ultrawide camera with a 50 MP selfie shooter. The brand has confirmed that the Vivo X300 Ultra will bring back horizon-level stabilisation feature.

The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to pack a 6,600 mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W fast wireless charging. In addition, the Ultra flagship could retain the IP68/69 rating for durability and weigh somewhere around 237 grams.

With the official Vivo X300 Ultra launch in India being not even a week away, we won't have to wait for long to know all the details. So, stay tuned.
