After multiple teasers, buildups and updates, the Vivo X300 Ultra is finally official in China. This is the brand's latest Ultra series smartphone and it has once again managed to touch the pinnacle of breakthrough mobile imaging, while packing the rest of the phone with uber-premium materials and components.
Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications and Features
Right off the bat, the most striking and impressive feature of the Vivo X300 Ultra is its cameras. Vivo has managed to seamlessly blend software and hardware to create its most capable imaging phone yet. Backed by Zeiss, the X300 Ultra is a testament to top-of-the-line Vivo phones.
The X300 Ultra brings Vivo's in-house Blueprint Imaging technology for a triple rear camera setup. It comprises a 200 MP Sony LYT-901 main camera with improved light intake, HDR processing and noise reduction. It is paired with an equally capable 200 MP Samsung HPO 10x periscope telephoto camera, with a CIPA 7.0 rating and gimbal-level OIS. To top it all off, there is a 50 MP 1/1.28-inch Sony LYT-818 ultra-wide angle lens with VCS Bionic spectrum, CIPA 6.0 and Zeiss T* Lens coating.

Even the selfie camera is of flagship-grade with its 50 MP shooter bringing Auto Focus support, OIS and an f/2.45 aperture. So, it is clear that the Vivo X300 Ultra is made for photography enthusiasts and by photography enthusiasts. However, that is not where the advancements end. It reflects in every aspect of the phone.
For instance, the X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch 2K 120 Hz LTPO 10-bit AMOLED display with HDR10+ support, DC-like dimming, 2,360 Hz PWM dimming and 3,000 nits of peak brightness. The panel is protected by Vivo's own Armour Glass 2.
