Smartphone and tech accessories brand Xiaomi has today announced the opening of its Premium Service Centres across India. These new service hubs aim to deliver the topmost quality and experience when it comes to Xiaomi products and customer satisfaction.
The news was shared by the official X handle of Xiaomi India. The brand will open in total of 100 new Premium Service Centres across major pincodes in India. Currently, only the Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Cochin hubs are operational. These will be followed by cities like Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad.

Xiaomi Premium Service Centres will mean premium care for consumers
As part of this new initiative, Xiaomi wants to redefine the meaning of service centres in India. For instance, the brand claims that these new hubs will be able to complete 95% of repairs within 24 hours. All the required diagnostic tools, systematic quality checks and the instant availability of spare parts will be one of the primary focuses of these Premium Service Centres.
Additionally, for repairs that take beyond two hours, Xiaomi will ensure that standby handsets are provided to customers to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. This will also mean providing hands-on experience with the latest products and services from the brand.

Speaking on the launch of these new service centres, Sudhin Mathur, Chief Operating Officer at Xiaomi India, claims that these new Premium Service Centres are just the beginning of Xiaomi's commitment to deepening its ties and roots in India.
At Xiaomi, our goal has always been to build more than just products – we aim to create lasting connections with the people who trust us. Launching these Premium Service Centres is a strategic step in deepening that connection and raising the bar for customer experience in India. It reflects our long-term commitment to be part of everyday life, to listen, learn, and continue innovating for the people we serve.
