Apple's retail expansion in India is coming with some seriously premium real-estate bills. New data reveals the Apple Store rents in India and it gives us a good idea of just how much the tech giant spends each month to operate its flagship stores across major cities.
Apple Store monthly rent across Mumbai, Noida, Delhi and Bengaluru: Full Breakdown
According to a CRE Matrix data reported by Hindustan Times, Apple's BKC store in Mumbai leads the pack with a monthly rent of Rs 48.19 lakh. This is followed by the latest Apple Noida Store that's opened in DLF Mall of India, coming in at Rs 45.3 lakh per month. Meanwhile, the Saket Apple store rent in Delhi is around Rs 40 lakh a month, while the Bengaluru Hebbal outlet is at about Rs 17 lakh monthly.
The Noida store, which is Apple's fifth in India, is central to its surge. As reported by Hindustan Times, Apple has leased over 8,200 sq ft of prime ground-floor space at the Mall of India for 11 years, committing nearly Rs 65 crore over the entire tenure. The first year is rent-free, with the full rental structure kicking in from year two, placing it among Apple's most expensive long-term retail deals in the country.

The premium locations and high Apple Store rents in India reflect the brand's aggressive push into the country's offline retail market, which is equally important as its online presence, if not more. Each store doubles as an experience hub with support services, workshops and signature in-store design.
With Apple continuing to open more stores and scout new cities in India, these numbers highlight how seriously the tech giant is investing in India. By the end of the day, it's not just about sales but high-visibility and high-value spaces that cement its premium brand presence across the country.
Whether you need an iPhone, MacBook or any other Apple product, want to repair one or more, having such stores in your city makes the entire experience undoubtedly more hassle-free.
