Infinix GT 50 Pro Geekbench Listing Reveals Key Hardware Details
A new Infinix smartphone was spotted on Geekbench with the model number X6891, and it scored 1,636 points in single-core and 6,816 points in multi-core. The core setup of the smartphone includes a 1+3+4 setup at 3.25 GHz, 3 GHz and 2.1 GHz, which is similar to the core setup of the Dimensity 8400 chipset.

The benchmark result also points toward the phone running 12 GB RAM and Android 16. The SKU number X6891, alongside other rumours, suggests the phone will be called the GT 50 Pro and not the GT 40 Pro. For those unaware, the GT 30 Pro bore the model number X6873, suggesting the mystery Infinix smartphone on Geekbench could indeed be the GT 30 Pro's successor.
This is because of a common tetraphobia prevalent in Asian markets, as many believe the number "4" to be a bad omen. Therefore, the GT 50 Pro could be a direct follow-up to the Infinix GT 30 Pro that launched back in June 2025.

While the other key specifications of the smartphone are unknown, we expect the smartphone to arrive with the same 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED display, a higher capacity battery (likely closer to 6,000mAh this time) and the same 108 MP primary snapper. It could also be coupled with 8 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB UFS 4.0 storage in the base variant.
That said, since this is the first piece of evidence about the smartphone's existence, there might be a long time to go before the phone's launch. However, more information about its specifications and design should be unveiled as we inch closer to launch, so stay tuned.
