iQOO's upcoming flagship phone, the iQOO 15, is shaping up to be an interesting package with all the signature iQOO bells and whistles. The brand has teased most of the key specs of the smartphone already. Now, it is back with the official launch details of the smartphone.
iQOO 15 launch date is scheduled for October 20
The Weibo handle of iQOO has confirmed that the next flagship will launch in China on October 20, 2025. It will be showcased at a dedicated in-person event in Shenzhen at 7:00 PM CST (4:30 PM IST). The brand claims that iQOO 15 will not only launch with a "generational leap in model name" but will also carry the same mantra in the smartphone's performance.
Moreover, in a separate Weibo post, iQOO has revealed that the smartphone will be available to purchase since day one of launch. So, for those eagerly awaiting the release of the iQOO 15 in China, there are only 11 days remaining.
Talking about what the smartphone will bring to the table, keeping its flagship status, the iQOO 15 will get Qualcomm's latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It will be paired with the improved iQOO Q3 gaming chip, which will make it the third number series smartphone to follow the dual-chip strategy.
Additionally, the smartphone will become the first device to ship with the Samsung M14 2K Everest OLED display, which is said to bring a 144 Hz refresh rate and unlock 6,000 nits of peak brightness. It will even be able to go as dim as 1 nit of brightness.
