iQOO's upcoming flagship phone, the iQOO 15, is officially launching in China next week. While we are mere days away from learning everything about the smartphone, the brand is gradually teasing its key details ahead. Now, iQOO has officially confirmed details of the upcoming flagship's haptics and audio system.
iQOO 15 promises 4D haptics and an immersive audio experience
The official Weibo handle of iQOO has revealed that the upcoming iQOO 15 will make use of Leedor Industrial Co. Ltd.'s Warhammer Max dual-axis vibration motor for haptics and War Drum Master Pro symmetrical speaker system for the stereo speaker setup, respectively.

For those unaware, Leedor is a very popular machine peripherals brand in China, which makes vibration motors for products like 3D printers, heavy machinery and more. It is also in the business of making speaker systems for cars.
So, this will be the first time a brand of such stature and scale will be used to make the vibration motor and the stereo speakers inside a smartphone. Moreover, the focus for these inclusions seems to lean heavily towards the gamer-centric approach of the iQOO 15.

The new haptic engine will use bidirectional X and Z-axis vibration motors to deliver a true 4D haptic experience. This will mostly come in handy during gaming, specifically FPS games like PUBG, COD Mobile and more. A tight and enhanced vibration response will help provide an immersive gaming experience.
Paired with the Dual Master-level AAC 1511 speakers, iQOO 15 will provide a top-of-the-line audio experience with crisp details, immersive sound stage and balanced output. The brand will pair the War Drum Master Pro symmetrical dual speakers with its proprietary super-sensory gaming sound range to help gamers hear even the smallest sound crisp and loud.

Apart from this, we already know that the smartphone will ship with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with the iQOO Q3 gaming chip. So, the smartphone is sorted when it comes to performance, audio and haptics.
Now, while performance and an overall immersive experience are important for gaming, the display quality on the phone is equally relevant. That explains why the brand chose the Samsung M14 2K Everest OLED panel as the iQOO 15 display. This panel will also offer a 144 Hz refresh rate and unlock 6,000 nits of peak brightness, while being able to go as dim as 1 nit.

Apart from this, the iQOO 15 wireless charging support, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, IP68 + IP69 rating, USB-C 3.2 charging port and periscope camera upgrades have all been confirmed.
That said, iQOO 15 China launch has been scheduled for October 20, 2025 at 7:00 PM CST (4:30 PM IST). Hence, the first OriginOS 6 iQOO smartphone will debut as soon as next week. Ahead of that, iQOO and Samsung will host a joint conference on October 16, 2025 to reveal more details about the smartphone's display. So, we expect to hear more on that front as well.
