Vivo's sub-brand iQOO has quietly expanded its Android tablet portfolio in China with the launch of the iQOO Pad 5c. Positioned as a mid-range tablet, it is powered by a capable Snapdragon 8 series chipset, is equipped with a massive battery capacity and offers a fast and high-resolution display.
iQOO Pad 5c Specifications and Features
Starting with the display, the iQOO Pad 5c brings a large 12.1-inch IPS LCD panel with a 144 Hz refresh rate and 2.8K resolution. It is only 6.62 mm thick and weighs 584 grams, making it comparatively slim and lightweight for its size.
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the capable Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. On the software side, it ships with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box.
Topping it off is a massive 10,000mAh battery with 44W fast USB-C charging and bypass charging support. It also comes with a large 32,200 mm² vapour chamber cooling module to maintain temperature and ensure sustained gaming performance.

On the connectivity front, the iQOO Pad 5c features Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and a USB-C port. The tablet also brings an eight-speaker setup for multimedia, an 8 MP main camera and a 5 MP selfie shooter.
In terms of pricing, the iQOO Pad 5c price in China starts from 2,699 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 38,000) for the base 8 GB + 256 GB model. It also comes in two other RAM and storage options, with the top 12 GB +256 GB model costing 3,499 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 49,000).
All three RAM and storage configurations are currently up for pre-order via the iQOO China website, and interested folks can choose from Silverwing and Gray Crystal colourways.
